  Momma & Me

        Playtime with Mom

                The perfect class for mom and child to build a close bond while exercising and having fun!  This class combines music, movement, and obstacle course.  This playtime creates excitement for both parent and child.  For walkers to 3 years.

Preschool

FUN! Fitness for KIDS brings our programs to your child’s preschool center.  We provide a 30-minute lesson each week for your child.

·        Exercise & Nutrition Program

o       We offer a 30-minute fun-filled exercise and nutrition class each week.  We sing and dance and act like frogs and stand like flamingos.  This class is full of fun movements and adventures.  We strengthen our heart and lungs as well as our muscles.  We also work on our flexibility.  We learn how to eat healthy foods through fun hands-on lesson plans.  Each child is given a handout each week as well as a good smelly stamp.  A newsletter provided each month let’s you know what we will be doing in class each week.  Join today!

 Cost:   $15 per month ($5 Registration Fee)

   *$2.50 per week with full class participation.  Call for details  

 

·        Dance

Buttercup Ballerinas:  Our dance program is designed to teach the children the benefits of dance in a fun recreational setting.  A recital each May allows the children to show off their dance skills.

Ballet, Tap, Tumbling

Cost:   $32 per month ($10 Registration Fee)

Elementary Classes

        Our classes consist of a 45-minute exercise and nutrition lesson.  We exercise our bodies for 30-minutes and then we learn a fun, hands-on nutrition topic! 

 

·        Yoga

We use fun kid-friendly yoga poses that include the dog pose, the cobra, the cat and many more.  Children who practice yoga develop strong, limber, and healthy bodies, increase focus, concentration, and imagination, build self-confidence, aides in relaxation, and ability to cope with life stressors more effectively.

 

·        Fitness Games

This class is full of fun and energizing games that increase our heart rates, use or muscles and use our flexibility. This class builds strong bodies, friendships, and team building skills.  We add fun equipment to make each class exciting!

 

·        Strength Training with Machines

This class uses resistance training machines and cardio movement.  Learn the major muscle groups and the importance of keeping them strong and healthy.  Our fun and colorful kid friendly machines make this class a lot of fun!   

 

·        Cheer-Robics

You don’t have to be a cheerleader to participate in this class.  Learn a fun cheer dance while strengthening the heart and muscles and improving flexibility and confidence!    

 

·        Geo Mat Fitness

Join us the newest and hippest way of exercise.  We use this mat for a variety of fun and exciting classes.  Our Certified Geo Fitness Instructor guides this class on the fun and educational Geo Mat.  We incorporate circuit training, fun choreography, kickboxing and even partner activities.  These classes are so fun the kids do not even know they are exercising.  This class is always a big hit! 

 

·        Dance

Tip Toe Tappers:  Our dance program is designed to teach the children the benefits of dance in a fun recreational setting.  A recital each May allows the children to show off their dance skills.

Middle School Classes

        These classes were designed for our tween/teen age group.  Our 45-minute classes consist of a 30-minutes exercise routine as well as a 15-minute hands-on nutrition learning topic.  Come join the fun, meet new friends, and be active!

 

·        Yoga

We use fun and challenging yoga poses that include the downward dog, the cobra, the camel and many more.  Children who practice yoga develop strong, limber, and healthy bodies, increase focus, concentration, and imagination, build self-confidence, aides in relaxation, and ability to cope with life stressors more effectively.

 

·        Kidstep

This class uses our step benches. Use one for a great workout or challenge yourself and use two!  Each class consists of a fun choreographed routine.  We work up a sweat and use all our major muscle groups.  This class also strengthens our coordination and balance.  Each class ends with the focus on strengthening one or two major muscles. 

 

·        Stability Ball Workout

We use our colorful stability balls in this class.  We use these balls for cardio movements as  well as strength training and flexibility.  Fun and easy to learn choreography make it hard to believe it exercise!

 

·        Hip Hop Aerobics

Want to dance like the cheetah girls or the kids in High School Musical?  Don’t miss out on our fun and cleaned up hip hop moves.  Add your own style and attitude to make this class flare!  We use the most popular pop and hip hop music (all clean of course) to make this class fun and full of energy!  Let loose and have fun!  No shyness in this class.

 

·        Geo Mat Fitness

Join us the newest and hippest way of exercise.  We use this mat for a variety of fun and exciting classes.  Our Certified Geo Fitness Instructor guides this class on the fun and educational Geo Mat.  We incorporate circuit training, fun choreography, kickboxing and even partner activities.  These classes are so fun you do not even know you are exercising.  This class is always a big hit!   

 

·        Kickboxing with Bags

Bags, gloves, and you!  That is what makes this class fun and exciting.  Each participate receives a pair of boxing gloves and a big punching bag.  This workout combines aerobics, cardiovascular and body toning while learning self-defense tactics.  This class will improve strength, muscle tone, endurance; build confidence and self-esteem all while burning calories!  This class will definitely work up a sweat!  Had a bad day or stressed?  Take this class and you will be sure the relieve it!

 

·        Jr. Boot Camp

Get fit fast with Jr. Boot Camp! JBC is a class designed for teens and tweens that are looking for a total body workout.  We incorporate a variety of fun equipment as well as old fashion training like push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks.  Are you ready for a challenge?

 

·        Dance

Dancin’ Divas:  Our dance program is designed to teach the children the benefits of dance in a fun recreational setting.  A recital each May allows the children to show off their dance skills.

Obesity Prevention Classes

 

·        Just for Kids! Obesity Prevention Program

Just for Kids! is a behavior modification and skills development training program designed for all young people.  It targets lifestyle habits which contribute to weight gain and teaches kids how to make positive changes which prevent obesity.  This is a 6-week program that incorporates a workbook with activities and lessons the children will do and incorporate into their daily lifestyles.  Although this class is for the child it will take family participation to be a success.   

 

·        Nutrition classes for Moms

What do I feed my child?  How much water do they need each day?  Are they getting enough fruits and vegetables?  Is peanut butter good for my child?  How do I know what they are eating each day?  Need answers to these questions?  Let us help!  This class will help you plan daily meals and snacks for your children that are not only healthy but are free of preservative and saturated fat!  Don’t allow your children to eat unhealthy foods everyday.  This is setting them up for a lifetime of health problems and medical bills.  We can help.  Call for a class locations and schedules.

Specialty Programs

·        Home School Class

Home schooling your children and do not have lesson plans for physical activities and nutrition.  We can help!  Our 90-minute class offers a 45-minute exercise and nutrition class that promote heart and muscle strengthening as well as a fun, hands-on nutrition topic We also offer a 45-minute P.E. class that promotes physical activity, sports, games, and team work.  Our classes are divided by age groups and meet once per week.
